Dear Sir/Madam,

It is our pleasure to invite you to Reshaping the Future of Finance- The First Child and Youth Finance International Summit and Award Ceremony, which will be held April 3rd & 4th, 2012 at the RAI Convention Center in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

In less than a month, this meeting will bring together senior-level policy-makers, experts from the private, public and civil society sectors as well as children and youth on the topics of financial inclusion and ChildFinance education for children and youth. You can find more information on the Summit website as well as in the attached document.

It would be excellent if your organization could be represented at our event. Financial regulatory authorities from over 65 countries will attend, as well as senior representatives of ECB, OECD, UNICEF, UNESCO, and several other multilateral institutions, and banks such as Citibank, ING, Triodos, Hatton Bank and leading innovators on financial products from around the world.

Your contribution at the Summit will further a positive conviction that building responsible and sustainable financial empowerment among the next generation is key to lowering financial vulnerability and breaking the cycle of poverty. Together, we can work towards building the ChildFinance Movement and reaching 100 million children in 100 countries by 2015.

Over 300 global participants have already confirmed to attend the Summit & Awards Ceremony. We are delighted that the Summit will, for the first time, give the opportunity for children and youth from across the world to share their views on ChildFinance issues and engage with meeting participants in panel sessions. We want to ensure that children and youth participate in shaping the future of the movement. We therefore also invite you to nominate children and young people with whom you may work to take part in the Children’s Meeting. This meeting will take place in Amsterdam a day before the Summit - on Monday April 2nd, 2012.

The key objectives of the Summit are to:

•          Share innovations and best practices from across various sectors and countries for financial inclusion and education for children and youth

•          Build momentum for the Childfinance Movement and spread awareness

•          Give children and youth the opportunity to engage directly with policy-makers

•          Recognize achievements by institutions and individuals in increasing financial inclusion and ChildFinance education for children and youth.

Costs for attending the Summit are Eur. 450 per participant.

Please register as soon as possible via our website: In case of any issues or registration questions, please contact

We look forward to your participation.

Yours Sincerely,

Bram Stoffele
